• Bulooka charges no commission for finding your property a buyer. All we do is advertise the property. Once the buyer contacts you, conclusion of transaction is between the customer and Mint.

• We provide you with enhanced visibility through advertisement on priority advertising areas on the App away from everyone else for an added fee.

• We provide you with Analytics, on Demand which will give you an assessment of the value of your presence on the APP.

• We offer a specific Portfolio Manager(PM) who will liaise with the client, directly and create a one on one relationship to help and assist in the management of your portfolio

To get listen, you can call the office and we will send down one of our personnel to your property to have a look and take some pictures.

After this we will ask you to fill out a consent for to confirm that you own the property and the photos are then brought back to our offices to be uploaded on the app.

The first month of listing is free and you begin paying
in the following months.

Listing vehicles is 25000 USHS per month.

The price for listing property varies according to its location and the number of units in the aforementioned property. However the basic listing price is 50000 Uganda shillings monthly.

For Mortgage:

Tap the Housing Finance Icon on the landing page or Select financing on the side menu of the home page.

You will then have an option to instantly chat with a banker or fill the mortgage pre-application form which is immediately submitted upon completion.

A mortgage calculator is also available in case you need an estimate of the mortgage cost.
